Dispatching orders.
We dispatch orders 5 days a week (Monday - Friday).
Orders placed before 12pm 'noon' will be dispatched the same day. Any orders after then will be dispatched the next working day.

Royal Mail 2nd Class Tracked - £4.69 (delivered within 2/3 days).
Free UK Shipping - We also offer free UK shipping if your order is over £95 (delivered within 2/3 days).

Returns
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO CLAIM A RETURN?
There is a 14-day returns or exchange policy, which means you will have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.
You are responsible for any charges incurred shipping the item back to us. We advise that you send the parcel by Special Delivery (fully insured) to the full value of the goods and ensure the items are strongly packaged. If the goods are damaged in transit due to being inadequately packaged, we will be unable to give a refund.
All sales are final. Orders cannot be cancelled prior to shipping.
